The Miracle of Theresa Rose

She’s alive!” the doctor announced, his voice filled  with the same relief that Kathryn Rossi felt. But no first  cry echoed through the delivery room. “I need a breathing  tube!” the doctor shouted.
As her baby disappeared behind a wall of doctors and  nurses, Kathryn and her husband, Robert, clasped hands.  Please, the couple prayed, our baby needs a miracle.

Artist’s Eyesight Healed Through St. Lucy

A black blob clouded Jill Metz’s vision in her right eye—a troubling development for an artist.

Metz was not one to panic, so she did nothing at first. After all, sometimes problems go away on their own. But after a couple of weeks, the black blob had not dissipated and interfered with her even reading.

Miraculous Event by Our Lady of Nazareth

Through my husband’s brother who recently retired, we’ve learned a bit about geography and about a devotion to the Blessed Mother we had never heard of. He recently moved to the Portugese town of Nazaré, a beautiful town where many other Americans retire amid stunning natural beauty with sheer cliffs jutting above the Atlantic Ocean. There, is a magnificent Church dedicated to a miraculous event attributed to the Blessed Mother.

A Mysterious Visitor Brings Last Meal

Mysterious visitors at dramatic moments often appear and disappear in hospitals.  I have interviewed several people over the years who have had such experiences.

Here is Katie Alveby’s touching story of such an event from Amazing Grace for Fathers.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, is a religious holiday that has spread into the popular culture – just like the Catholic Irish people have spread throughout our population. More than one in ten Americans are Irish.

Regardless of who your ancestors are, the saints are patrons to us all – related through the One Body in Christ. If you don’t have a drop of Irish blood, don’t let that stop you from joining in the St. Patrick’s Day celebration. After all, St. Patrick was not Irish either. He was born in 387 in Britain, which was controlled by Rome at the time.

Conquer the Devil’s Division

The divisiveness in our culture is contaminating families.  Exorcists point to the devil as dividing and oppressing us. I am shocked at some of what I am seeing in families.

There’s always been evil forces at work since Adam and Eve, but the anti-Christian spirit certainly gained a foothold through the notorious Madalyn Murray O'Hair who forced prayer out of public schools.  Recall that once students across the country began their day praying to God.
